Welcome to my RMT clinic. My name is Leah and I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2019.
Clients describe my treatments as specific, effective, and thorough. My goal is to bring balance to your body’s systems so you feel mobile, strong, and at ease.
At your first session, I take a detailed health history and complete a hands-on movement assessment. Your ongoing consent—both verbal and physical—is always respected.
I use pressure appropriate to each tissue layer, ranging from light to strong.
I work with youth and adults at all stages of health. While I treat a wide range of conditions, I have a particular interest in orthopedic conditions, pelvic and low back dysfunction, visceral manipulation, post-surgical recovery, and issues of the rib cage, neck, and spine. I also work comfortably with clients who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
My techniques include fascial work, joint mobilizations, swedish massage, neuromuscular techniques, visceral manipulation, osteo loading, and movement both actively and passively.
Please send me an email directly if you have any questions.
I look forward to working with you!
